What to expect

How a session works

Intake and assessment

Sessions begin with a thorough intake and assessment. We will discuss pain, tension, injuries and conditions.

Your massage

Then an hour, 90 minute or 2 hour massage: a relaxing flow of deep myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage techniques and gentle energy work.

Rested and restored

I focus on using intuition and attention to find even the most subtle pain patterns, then apply pressure to reduce tension, leaving the body feeling rested and restored.

I bring everything needed. Please allow 5′ × 10′ of unobstructed workspace.
